An abstract painter and sculptor, often formalist, working in wood, metal, ceramics and paint. I consider my sculptures to be drawing in air. My paintings often explore bending the picture plane. I am interested in structures, the maritime, industrial and rural, found materials, the old crafts, the abstraction of letter forms.
